In Person Training

TRAIN WITH ME IN PERSON
In-person sessions are 30 minutes and take place in a private training facility in Northridge, CA. This is a focused 1:1 environment where we work on proper form, skill development, progressive strength training, and sustainable results (not quick fixes).
This membership is set up on a monthly basis to secure your weekly training times and support consistency. We train with intention and tailor every session to your goals, lifestyle, and current fitness level. Each month, we track your progression so you can see and feel your results over time.
Clients choose between training 2, 3, or 4 times per week. Sessions do not roll over into the next month, and a 24-hour notice is required to reschedule.
This program is designed for individuals who are committed to showing up for themselves and ready to build real, lasting change.
